We want to make you look forward to the future when it comes to your smile, and to do that, you of course need to come see us! Below, we’ve outlined everything you need to know ahead of your initial visit to our Dallas dental office so you know exactly what to expect. We strive to deliver a unique and boutique dental experience that is perfectly suited to each patient. Your First Visit
You’ll start by making your appointment with our long-time Front Office Coordinator, Wendy. She’s extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and she’ll set you up for the perfect time and day. You’ll receive our forms electronically as well as text reminders ahead of your appointment.
When you arrive, you’ll walk straight through the lobby without waiting and be shown to your treatment chair. Your dental hygienist will help you feel right at home before asking you how things are going for your oral health, and then they’ll take some X-rays and perform a periodontal assessment.
You’ll then meet Dr. Tyagi, who will do his own exam and then go over all of his findings with you. From there, you’ll discuss your treatment options and come up with an ongoing care plan together before you leave. You’ll be escorted to the front desk to work out the financial details and make sure you know what the next steps are in your journey toward your ideal smile.
Patient Forms
We will email you our electronic forms after you get scheduled, or if you prefer (or happen to forget), you can also complete them in our office during your visit. If you plan to do this, be sure to arrive a little early so we can see you right on time!
Dental Insurance
Luminescence Dentistry is happy to accept and file claims for all PPO dental insurances. When you first reach out to us, we’ll gather your basic insurance information and verify your benefits ahead of time so you know what is and isn’t covered by the time you walk in the door. We make getting the most out of your coverage as simple as possible, and don’t be shy about asking us any questions!
Financing Options
